Web products and AI automation — from idea to production

We design, build and ship it ourselves: catalogues, customer portals, calculation services, agents. No middlemen, and nothing left «to be finished later».

What we do

Three areas — and each one has a live product behind it, not a slide deck.

01

Web products, end to end

Catalogues, customer portals, landing pages, admin panels, payments, email, analytics. We own the whole path: design → code → server → domain → monitoring.

  • Next.js / Astro, PostgreSQL, Docker
  • Customer portal and admin panel
  • Payments and integrations
  • Hosting and support after launch
What it looks like in practice

Work begins with a conversation where we determine together what is truly necessary and what is not. You should prepare not just a list of pages, but the logic: what user roles exist and what is available to them, how discounts work, what the order statuses are. Only you know this. The more detailed you describe your processes, the more accurately we will implement them in code. For example, for the AICatalog dashboard, we designed separate permissions for tool owners and moderators.

The amount of work with old content and the preparation of new content is usually underestimated. Migrating a large volume of products or articles is a separate project. Also, a web product is not a ready-made business: it will not bring clients on its own and will not replace marketing. Our task is the technical foundation: the dashboard, admin panel, payments. Bringing in clients is the task of marketing.

02

AI process automation

We remove the work a person repeats every single day: reading documents, enriching data, moderating content, preparing publications.

  • Agents built for one specific process
  • Scraping and data enrichment
  • Document processing and OCR
  • Auto-publishing and moderation
What it looks like in practice

In practice, it looks like this: we study your routine operation — for example, parsing price lists or moderating comments — and build a software agent for it. We need a clear algorithm from you: what is 'correct' and what is 'incorrect', and samples of real data. If the agent is supposed to parse documents, we will need examples of these documents. We do not create a universal artificial intelligence, but automate a specific, repetitive process according to your rules.

It is often underestimated that an agent requires supervision: automation cannot be trusted without a work log and error notifications. At the same time, this field does not solve creative or strategic tasks. An agent will not choose a market niche for you or conduct negotiations. It only takes on mechanical work, such as data parsing or document processing, to free up your time for this.

03

Calculators and calculation services

Domain calculations against the rules that are actually in force: cost estimates, taxes, payroll. A service like this pulls in search traffic and works as a lead magnet.

  • Formulas checked against the primary source
  • Printable forms and estimates
  • SEO structure built for search
  • Embeds into your existing site
What it looks like in practice

Work on a calculator begins with primary sources: laws, standards, official methodologies. If the calculation needs to be based on your internal methodology, it must be provided. We turn formulas into code, where the logic is protected from accidental changes, unlike in an Excel spreadsheet. As in our AICalc project, every calculation is checked against current regulations. The result is not just a form on a website, but a service with printable forms and estimates.

The SEO structure for such services is important and often underestimated. A properly built calculator itself drives traffic from search engines for narrow queries. At the same time, it does not replace a full consultation with a specialist. Our task is to provide an accurate calculation based on the given formulas, but we do not give financial or legal advice. The final decision always rests with the person.

Work

Everything below is our own product. The code, the server and the responsibility are ours.

What it costs

Prices are public: hidden ranges only save time for us. Here is where the conversation starts.

Our own code

Written from scratch for the task: no plugins, no third-party updates and no monthly fee just to keep the site running.

Landing page

One page for one offer or campaign — when you need to test demand fast.

  • Copy and structure built for search
  • Enquiry form that emails you
  • Tracking pixels and a thank-you page — your ads see every enquiry
  • A third language if you need one
$1,800–3,000from 2 weeks
Closer to the lower figure:
one page from standard sections, copy and photos from you
Closer to the upper figure:
online booking or a calculator, a second language, several versions for different ad campaigns

Multi-page site with an admin panel

A company with services, news and pages you edit yourself.

  • Admin panel: pages, news, banners
  • Mail, forms, analytics
  • SEO markup and 90+ PageSpeed
$6,000–12,000from 3 weeks
Closer to the lower figure:
up to 10 pages, a ready-made section structure, copy from you
Closer to the upper figure:
over 20 pages, design from scratch, a filterable services catalogue, two languages, migration of existing content

Online shop

Catalogue, cart, payment and delivery — when the site has to sell on its own.

  • Cart, payment, order statuses
  • Sync with your accounting or stock system
  • Filters and search sized to your catalogue
$12,000–25,000from 5 weeks
Closer to the lower figure:
up to 100 products, a simple catalogue, one payment method and one carrier
Closer to the upper figure:
product variants and filters, discounts and promo codes, several carriers, warehouse sync

Product with a customer portal and payments

A customer portal, roles, calculations by your own rules, subscriptions or payments. The longest and deepest projects we take on.

  • Customer portal and access roles
  • Payments and documents
  • An admin panel around your process
  • Your own calculation logic
$18,000–35,000from 6 weeks
Closer to the lower figure:
a customer portal, two roles, subscription payments
Closer to the upper figure:
several roles with different permissions, your own reports, external system integrations, documents and signatures

Automation

Manual work someone repeats every day: parsing documents, reconciliations, exports, publishing. Priced separately from the site — it is work on top of it, not part of it.

A single connection

One connection between two programs that already expose their data: an enquiry from a form into your CRM or messenger, an export to a file. Off-the-shelf services do this cheaper but charge a subscription forever — here the code stays yours.

$700–1,700

A process

A whole process: scheduled runs, a run log, an alert when something fails, a manual run from the admin panel.

$1,700–4,000

Exchange with your business software

Exchange with accounting or warehouse software, collecting data from third-party sites. The exact estimate comes after your software vendor replies — until we know what exchange it allows, the scope is unknown. We write the letter to them.

from $6,000

Site support

$300–600per month

Updates, backups, monitoring, small fixes.

Shop support

$600–1,200per month

The same plus products, promotions and data sync.

One-off work

$85–120per hour

When you need a specific fix, not a package.

A range is the basis for a conversation, not a price list. Where you land inside it depends on volume: how many pages and products, how many languages, whether existing content has to be migrated and the site wired into your other software. We name the exact figure after the scoping call and fix it in the spec before any work starts — from there it does not move without your agreement.

Get your own estimate

Three steps, two minutes: you see the scope, the range, the timeline and the assumptions it rests on.

How we work

No «we will disappear for six months and show you the result at the end».

  1. 1

    Scoping call

Half an hour. We tell you straight what you need, what is unnecessary, and what is cheaper not to build at all. Free.

  2. 2

    Spec and quote

We write the spec and a fixed price and time range. You know what you are paying for before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Weekly releases

Every week you get a working link you can open and click through. Changes go in along the way, not at the end.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

Domain, server, mail, analytics — all in your accounts. The code is yours. Ongoing support is optional.

What we build on

Not a logo wall: every line says why it is there and what it gives you.

Sites and pages

Astro
The page arrives ready instead of assembling itself in the browser — that is the speed Google rewards.
TypeScript
Mistakes surface at build time, not on the live site at two in the morning.
Cloudflare
Served from the city nearest your visitor, with bot floods absorbed before they reach you.

Portals, shops, admin panels

Next.js
Customer portal, admin panel and server are one application, so your data never drifts between systems.
PostgreSQL
A database that holds orders and payments without losing them. Your data stays yours and exports any time.
Docker
The same application on your server, on ours and in tests. Moving hosts takes an hour.

Payments, email, documents

Stripe and local gateways
Card payments on your own site; the money goes straight to you.
Email on your domain
Letters sent as your domain, with SPF and DKIM — which is why they land in the inbox.
PDF documents
Invoices, estimates and specifications generate themselves, in three languages, print-ready.

AI automation

Claude / GPT inside your process
The agent sits in the workflow instead of being a chat window on the side.
Document parsing and OCR
An invoice or price list becomes rows in your database with nobody retyping it.
Monitoring and audit log
You can see what the agent did and where it stumbled — without that, automation cannot be trusted.

Us or a website builder

Honestly: for most sites a builder is a sound choice. The difference starts where the site has to earn.

When a template beats us

A five-page brochure site, a budget under $1,500, live within a week and no integrations — take the builder and keep your money. On that project we would write better code, not get you a better result.

Frequently asked

What does it cost?

Ranges by project type, monthly support and the hourly rate are all in the “What it costs” section. Where you land inside a range depends on volume: how many pages and products, how many languages, whether existing content has to be migrated and the site wired into your other software. We name the exact figure after the scoping call and fix it in the spec before any work starts.

How long does it take?

The first working release lands in about two weeks. A full product with a portal and payments takes six weeks and up. The timeline is fixed in the spec.

We already have a site. Will you take it over?

Yes, if the code can be brought up and read. We look at the project first and tell you honestly whether extending or rewriting is the better deal. Both happen.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repository, server, domain and all keys are registered to your accounts. We do not hold products hostage.

What languages do you work in?

Ukrainian, Hebrew and English. We can build the site multilingual from day one — including a proper right-to-left version for Hebrew.

What if something breaks later?

We fix bugs free for a month after launch. After that it is either a support agreement or a documented handover to your own team.

What do I need to prepare for the first project discussion?

It's best if you can briefly describe the task in your own words: what the website or automation should do. If there are similar projects that you like, show them to us. This will help us better understand your expectations. Don't worry about the technical details; we will go over them together during our conversation.

Do I need to write the technical specification myself?

No, we write the technical specification (TS) after our conversation with you. Your task is to tell us about your business processes and expectations for the product. We will translate this into technical language, and define the scope of work, cost, and deadlines. You will only need to check if we understood everything correctly and approve the document before work begins.

What does 'weekly releases' mean? Do I have to accept the work every week?

It means you will see the progress live. Every week, we deploy the completed part to a test link. You can check how everything works and provide feedback immediately, rather than waiting for the final delivery. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures the project is moving in the right direction.

Can I make changes to the website myself after it's launched?

Yes. If we build the website on a ready-made engine, you will have a standard admin panel. If we write our own code, we create an admin panel for your needs: to manage pages, news, products, or other content. We will show you how to use it. Minor edits not covered by the admin panel can be made by us as part of our support service.

What is 'AI automation'? Is it just a chatbot on the website?

Not exactly. We integrate AI agents directly into your workflows. For example, such an agent can automatically process incoming invoices, enrich product data from supplier files, or moderate comments according to your rules. It's not a chat for communication, but a tool that performs routine work instead of a person.
